So I am starting a challenge ;) Current Session Planner ------9th of day til the 23/24th of Jan------ Main day session at 4pm-6pm (2hr max) Night session at 10pm-12am (2hr max) Morning Session 9.30-10.30 (1hr max) Loop 1 at 3pm-3.30pm Loop 2 8pm-8.30pm Pls support me in my journey and I hope to update on various changes and an analysis I have from implementing a stronger routine for the 14 days! Currently on bambicloud I have over 97 hours of listening! :) Updates 1 at 3:30pm: Loving the cage, it helps in some aspects and hinders in others, the main issue is getting asap into the very deep trance state, as opposed to be very highly aware of arousing body state. Mindwipes for morning and afternoon sessions but not for night ones is the plan atm. Changed some social media stuff too to better fit this bambi's current goals and moved the bed a little Managing to do chores too, outside of the main uniform items and keep to general routine for health and wellness, update 2
